We believe in quality of life, and thus quality in everything to enhance life’s quality, which includes a cup of delicately brewed coffee. Our roastmaster imports the finest selection of green coffee from around the world and roast artistically to bring out the unique flavor of each specialty coffee.

OUR MISSION

Based on the coffee scoring system of Special Coffee Association of America and Coffee Quality Institute, a coffee with a cupping score of 80+ is graded “Specialty”. Café 90+ is committed to bring 90+ “Specialty Rare” coffee to China.

Our goal is to strike the perfect balance of aroma, flavor, brightness and aftertaste in coffee we make, and we take pride in bringing a new wave of specialty coffee culture to you.

OUR COFFEE

In Café 90+, we provide Italian coffee, as well as siphon and drip / pour over coffee in our brew bar.  We offer distinctive brew methods to cater for your specific perspectives of appreciation.

All our coffee are graded by our Q Graders and roasted by our artisans, this guarantees complete control over the quality to ensure our products achieving the sophisticated quality we aim for.

Our espresso drinks are made from high quality fair-trade organic coffee blended using our special formula. We serve single origin coffees with siphon and drip brew. Our single origin coffee are chosen with great care and served with siphon and drip / pour-over brew methods to preserve their sophisticated aroma and tasting notes.

OUR TEAM

Café 90+ is the result of collaborative efforts of third wave coffee experts from both the United States and Hong Kong.  The founders of Café 90+ include the first certified Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) Cupping Judge and Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) Licensed Q Grader in China, and renowned international juror of The Cup of Excellence (COE), who is also a member of SCAA Technical Standard Committee and Roasters Guild Executive Council. 

We strive for excellence in making the best exquisite coffee to cater for your need in exceptional coffee with our enthusiasm and expertise. As coffee lovers, it is our goal to substantially contribute to the progress of specialty coffee culture in China, and be an active part of it.  We love coffee so much that we are committed to serving you a real cup of quality coffee!

Café 90+ is a strong supporter of fair trade, we believe in paying farmers fairly for their contribution toward high quality coffee. We maintain a seasonal collection of fair trade coffee in our shops.
